My house is always a work in progress — but here are some shots of what it looks like right now. I hope you’ll stay in touch for its ongoing evolution, along with all of my other home crushes.
Starting with the living room . . .
Into the kitchen . . .
(poor little puppy, he’d much rather be taking a w-a-l-k) . . .
Onto the sunroom, where I get my dose of sunshine and color (Sherwin Williams terra cotta) . . .
and where my favorite reading chair is (with my favorite quilted throw from Crate & Barrel) . . .
Next there’s our first floor office where my husband works when he’s at home (I made those short drapes in that fab botanical fabric; also please note the poster from our beloved #1 Hoosier basketball team) . . .
and where we store all of our old books in this salvaged kitchen cabinet turned bookcase . . .
Our dining room plays host to a collection of old art and objects . . .
including this silver champagne bucket which is actually an old tennis trophy from my husband’s glory days . . .
the view through to the entryway (I know the old artwork isn’t for everyone, but I found those at estate sales in K.C. and I’m oddly attracted to ‘em) . . .
and the music room where I’ve never loved the paint color I chose (now if I could just find a free day to repaint it, maybe something light and bright?) . . .
Heading upstairs, at the moment I’m in the middle of a mini-makeover of the master bedroom, but here’s a peek . . .
and the master bathroom (where the chocolate brown paint will also soon be gone-loved it once, but now I’m sick of it) . . .

And finally, the guest room, here.
Happy homecrush house tour!
